I founded this project in 2018 to help inform UPenn students of student experiences in Computer Science in the Engineering School. The data was obtained from the annual Department Census that the Women in Computer Science Advocacy team co-conducts with 300 + majors and minors in Computer Science participating annually. The project drew the media attention, more participation in student-run diversity efforts, and also the attention of other schools such as Duke University.
